Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Maintain contact lists.
Manage client profiles and bookings.
Scout and outsource models, designers, and other brand contributors.
Assist with showroom pulls, samples, and personal shopping tasks.
Work closely with the founder on planning and executing creative projects throughout the calendar year.
Help plan for AYW full brand launch in April 2018.

Bi-Weekly Check ins with Founder (face to face or virtual)
Meet monthly with founder and other contributors.
Customer and Personal Services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

Familiar with GoogleDocs, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop.
