Service Description

Once your consultation request is approved you will receive two separate emails: 1. Stripe Invoice 2. Calendar Invite with Zoom link Consultations invoices must be completed 24 hours before the consultation date to secure booking. During the consultation Akilah Yass will help you brainstorm and jump start your style goals. You can also inquire about styling services listed on her website.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please allow 24 hr before your consultation date. If you cancel within 24 hr of your consultation date you will be refunded in full. Consultation fees will go towards your service along with the 50% deposit service fee. FAQ's Q: If my consultation is on March 5th at 7:00 PM CST, how late can I cancel or reschedule? A: The latest you can reschedule is March 4th at 7:00 PM CST Q: If I cancel my consultation on March 4th at 7:30 PM CST, will I still get a refund? A: Unfortunately no, consultations are non refundable after the 24 hr deadline.
